Purchase Option Cancellation Policy


1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You can cancel your order at no cost if it has not been shipped.

Contact us immediately via email or customer support to request a cancellation.


2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.


3. Custom and Pre-Order Items

Orders for custom-made or pre-order items cannot be canceled after confirmation.


4. Refund Process for Approved Cancellations

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


5. Non-Refundable Fees

Shipping fees, taxes, and import duties (if applicable) are non-refundable.
