Purchase Option Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
• You can cancel your order at no cost if it has not been shipped.
• Contact us immediately via email or customer support to request a cancellation.
2. Order Cancellation After Shipment
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
3. Custom and Pre-Order Items
• Orders for custom-made or pre-order items cannot be canceled after confirmation.
4. Refund Process for Approved Cancellations
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
• Shipping fees, taxes, and import duties (if applicable) are non-refundable.
