Does my JUNG watch have a serial number?

Yes. Each JUNG watch features a unique engraved serial number, underscoring its authenticity and limited production. This number is discreetly located on the case back and serves as your timepiece’s unique identity.

Are JUNG watches water-resistant?

Yes. All JUNG watches are water-resistant to 50 meters (5 ATM), making them suitable for everyday wear, including swimming and showering. However, they are not designed for scuba diving or high-impact water sports. Always ensure the crown is securely pushed in or screwed down before exposure to water.

As a chronograph, we strictly request that you do not activate the pushers while the watch is submerged, as this can compromise the water resistance and cause damage not covered by the warranty.

Will the watch and band fit my wrist?

Each product page provides detailed size information to help you ensure it fits perfectly. The JUNG watch case measures 49 mm x 43 mm, and the band fits wrists from 160 mm to 210 mm. 

What is the material of this product?

Our products are crafted from brushed and polished 316L surgical-grade stainless steel, paired with scratch-resistant, anti-reflection sapphire glass for exceptional clarity and durability. 

They feature a premium silicone strap with an anti-dust treatment for comfort and longevity, and are assembled with precision stainless steel screws to ensure lasting strength and reliability.

How do I care for this product?

Wipe the stainless steel with a soft cloth; use mild soap and water if needed, then dry thoroughly. Rinse the silicone strap with fresh water and pat dry. 

Check screws periodically for tightness, avoiding overtightening. Always dry the watch and strap if exposed to water or sweat.

Can I see this product in other colors?

Our J43C-01 models are available in three variations:

SERVICE & WARRANTY

Why is the serial number important?

The serial number is required for warranty registration, servicing, and authenticity verification. Please keep a record of your watch’s serial number, placed between the 2 lugs at 6 o'clock, and include it in any service or warranty inquiries.

How long is the warranty?

All JUNG watches come with a 1-year international warranty, plus 2 additional years when purchased directly from our official website — for a total of 3 years of international coverage

The 3-year international warranty begins from the date of purchase.

What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Please note, however, that the following are not covered under the warranty:

  • Accidental scratches or damage
  • Water damage caused by operating the chronograph pushers underwater outside the watch’s water-resistance specifications
  • Damage caused by abnormal or improper use
  • Opening the back case by yourself (which voids the water resistance)

The warranty covers the proper functioning of the movement, battery, buttons, and silicone band under normal usage conditions.

If any issues arise during the warranty period, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to provide prompt support.

As a chronograph, we strictly request that you do not activate the pushers while the watch is submerged, as this can compromise the water resistance and cause damage not covered by the warranty.

Do I need to pay extra taxes or import duties?

- For customers in Japan: All prices include Japanese consumption tax.

 

- For customers outside Japan: As JUNG LLC is based in Japan, our international prices are shown excluding tax. Local VAT, customs duties, and import taxes may be applied by your country’s customs office and will be collected upon delivery by the carrier. These charges remain the customer’s responsibility.

 

As a guide, approximate charges for a JUNG watch shipped via EMS Japan Post are:

  • UK: ~4.5% duty + 20% VAT + £18–£20 clearance fee
