Shipping Information

All shipments are FREE and handled via EMS (Japanese Express Mail Service or for USA: Yu-Global Express) and include:

• A tracking number for real-time tracking.

• Premium insurance covering the full value of the shipment.

As a guide, approximate charges for a JUNG watch shipped via EMS Japan Post  are:

• USA: ~4.2% duty + avg. ~7% VAT + $27 clearance fee
• UK: ~4.5% duty + 20% VAT + £18–£20 clearance fee
• Switzerland: ~4.5% duty + 7.7% VAT + CHF 20–25 clearance fee
• UAE: ~5% import duty + 5% VAT
• EU: ~4.5% duty + 17~27% VAT + €15–€20 clearance fee

Delivery Time:

Shipping typically takes about 4 to 10 open working days. However, delays may occur due to customs procedures in the destination country.
