The Warranty Card

At JUNG, we value quality and trust above all else.
Every watch comes with a 1-year international warranty, and we are pleased to offer an additional 2 years of complimentary extended warranty for purchases made through our official JUNG website, providing a total of 3 years of worldwide protection.

The 3-year international warranty begins from the date of purchase and covers any manufacturing defects.
Please note, however, that the following are not covered under the warranty:

• Accidental scratches or damage
• Water damage caused by operating the chronograph pushers underwater outside the watch’s water-resistance specifications
• Damage caused by abnormal or improper use
• Opening the back case by yourself (which voids the water resistance)

The warranty covers the proper functioning of the movement, battery, buttons, and silicone band under normal usage conditions.

The Serial Number

Your watch will have a Serial Number placed between the 2 lugs at 6 o'clock, and serves as proof of authenticity for your JUNG watch. Additionally, it allows us to track the model in case you need to use the warranty.

IMPORTANT : For the chronograph model, we highly recommend NOT to activate the pushers underwater or when the watch is wet, because it will irreversibly damage it and this underwater action is not covered by the warranty.
